Site Manager - Healthcare - Thames Valley - 30 week contract

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 1.25 million phased hospital refurbishment project in the Oxford / Wiltshire / Thames Valley borders for a London based main contractor. The project is a live refurbishment of existing wards and medical rooms all on the ground floor with programme of works running for 30 weeks with the project starting at the beginning of October. The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence HandS on site, Q/A etc.Ideally the candidate will have healthcare / hospital refurbishment experience.Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
