About the RoleAre you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential housebuilding? We are recruiting for a respected developer with a healthy pipeline of new housing projects across the Highlands.You will manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish. Your goal is to deliver safe, high-quality homes on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations on a live residential housing site.Lead and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and site labor.Keep the build programme on track to hit target completion dates.Enforce strict health and safety standards across the site.Monitor build quality to meet NHBC standards and Building Regulations.Manage NHBC inspections and customer handovers.Work closely with technical, commercial, sales, and customer care teams.Keep accurate site records and progress reports.What You NeedProven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding.Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.A full UK driving licence.What''s on OfferCompetitive base salary.Company car or car allowance.Pension scheme.Annual performance bonus.Ongoing training and professional career progression.A supportive, collaborative working environment. ..... full job details .....
