Site Manager - Housebuilding

Location: Inverness
Salary: Approximately -60,000 + benefits

We are delighted to be working with an award-winning housebuilding company to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in Inverness.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and highly regarded housebuilder with a reputation for delivering high-quality homes and creating desirable communities.

As Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring that homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest possible standards of quality.

The Role:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with build programmes and specifications.
• Maintain the highest standards of health and safety across site.
• Monitor build quality and ensure NHBC standards and company expectations are consistently achieved.
• Manage site costs, resources and programme deadlines.
• Carry out regular inspections and ensure any defects or issues are addressed promptly.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the build process.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential housebuilding sector.
• A strong understanding of traditional build methods and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A track record of delivering high-quality residential developments safely and efficiently.
• SMSTS, First Aid and relevant health and safety qualifications.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
