About the Role

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential housebuilding? We are recruiting for a respected developer with a healthy pipeline of new housing projects across the Highlands.You will manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish. Your goal is to deliver safe, high-quality homes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on a live residential housing site.
• Lead and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and site labor.
• Keep the build programme on track to hit target completion dates.
• Enforce strict health and safety standards across the site.
• Monitor build quality to meet NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
• Manage NHBC inspections and customer handovers.
• Work closely with technical, commercial, sales, and customer care teams.
• Keep accurate site records and progress reports.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• A full UK driving licence.
