MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an AD Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Site Manager, to join a leading organisation in the Anaerobic Digestion sector, based at their site in the Isle of Sheppey.

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations
• Managing & developing a small multi-skilled team
• Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc.
• Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times
• Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits
• Site project improvements and upgrades

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

• Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on a process plant
• Mechanical aptitude in engineering/process related subject
• WAMITAB COTC level 4 desirable
• Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water
• treatment, CHP, etc.) would be advantageous
• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, expanding business within the Renewable Energy industry. 

The offer: 

The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary of up to £55,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits.
