BESS Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. The role involves reporting directly to the PM and managing all on-site activities, coordinating contractors and suppliers, ensuring HSE and quality compliance, and driving the project to completion on time and within budget.

Requirements:

SMSTS/SSSTS

Experience managing large-scale energy or BESS projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical and civil works.

Proven leadership with contractors and site teams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
