We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Sheltered Scheme Manager to manage a retirement living scheme in Dudley on a part time basis.Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the scheme to ensure a safe, supportive, and well-maintained environment for residentsProvide housing-related advice and low-level support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeingBuild strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and local services to ensure effective support networksOrganise and support resident engagement activities, community events, and regular communicationsRequirements
