Overview

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Sheltered Scheme Manager to manage a retirement living scheme in Dudley on a part time basis.Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the scheme to ensure a safe, supportive, and well-maintained environment for residents.Provide housing-related advice and low-level support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing.Build strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and local services to ensure effective support networks.Organise and support resident engagement activities, community events, and regular communications.Key Requirements

Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification and experience in housing, care, or support services.Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and compassionate approach.Understanding of welfare benefits, safeguarding, and tenancy management.Flexibility to work unsociable hours and participate in an on-call ..... full job details .....
