As a Sheltered Housing Officer, you''ll be a trusted presence in our housing schemes - supporting residents to live independently, feel safe and stay connected to their community. Working Style: You''ll be based in the Borough for 5 days a week, playing a key role in serving the local community. Whether you''re working on the frontline or behind the scenes, you''ll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference to residents'' lives. What you''ll be doing: As a Sheltered Housing Officer, you''ll be the friendly, familiar face that residents know and trust. Based in one of our sheltered housing schemes, you''ll help older or more vulnerable residents feel safe, supported and part of the community - all while making sure the building is well-maintained and secure. You''ll carry out regular checks of the communal areas and help residents report any issues within their homes. You''ll also help residents settle in, access support, and navigate services in the community.
