Service Manager Supported Accommodation
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for young people whilst also driving occupancy, developing professional relationships and supporting the strategic growth of the organisation into new regions.
We are looking for someone who has the ambition, capability and appetite to progress into senior leadership and ultimately take responsibility for managing their own service as we continue to expand.
We provide-high-quality supported accommodation for young people aged 16+, helping them develop the skills, confidence and independence required for adulthood. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding support, maintaining excellent professional relationships and providing innovative, outcome-focused services.

The Role
Working alongside our Registered Service Manager, you will:
Support the operational leadership of our Ofsted-regulated Supported Accommodation service.
Drive occupancy growth through relationship building and referral development.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Local Authorities, commissioners, social workers and other stakeholders.
Support quality assurance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Monitor service performance, outcomes and KPI delivery.
Lead, mentor and develop staff teams.
Assist with referrals, assessments and placement matching.
Contribute to strategic growth plans and service development. Support mobilisation of new homes, regions and future services.
Represent the group professionally across the sector.
About You
We are looking for an individual who:
Has experience within Supported Accommodation, Children''s Residential Care, Leaving Care or a similar sector.
Understands Ofsted supported accomodation regulations and quality standards.
Has an established network of professional contacts within Local Authorities and commissioning teams.
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
Is commercially aware and understands the importance of quality and sustainable growth. Is highly organised, professional and outcome focused.
Wants to progress their career and play a key role in building a growing organisation.
Must Have Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards).
Experience supporting service expansion or new service mobilisation.
Knowledge of regional commissioning and referral pathways.
Minimum 5 years experience working with young people with complex needs.
