Service Desk Engineer - Dutch - Remote

Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Dutch speaking Service Desk Engineer/Service Desk Analyst for their client.

This role is 100% remote

As a Dutch speaking Service Desk Analyst it will be your responsibility to provide support assistance via the telephone and email to the Dutch speaking region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
• Troubleshoot and manage networks and servers
• Take ownership of requests following them to resolution
• Proactive when dealing with customer issues
• Offer 1st line technical support to customers

Person Specification:

• Fluent in Dutch
• Technically minded and customer focused
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Maintain a calm, analytical disposition
• Have practical experience in a support environment

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of -30,000

This is a remote / Work from home position
