Service Desk Analyst (FTC - 23 months)

Overview

Service Desk Analyst (FTC - 23 months) at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group). Full time - 37 hours per week. Fixed Term Contract - 23 months. Salary up to £31,400 per year (depending on experience). Location: Pity Me, Durham.Hybrid working after six months: typically 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week at home. Service desk hours are 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays.Responsibilities

Act as a single point of contact for IT related incidents and requests as part of the Service Desk team.Provide outstanding customer service and communicated progress and resolution to customers, aiming to minimize disruption to services and meet deadlines.Demonstrate a can-do approach, taking ownership and responsibility for meeting customer needs and delivering an excellent customer experience.About You / Qualifications

Customer focused with a passion for delivering unrivalled service to internal and external customers; able to work unsupervised.Experience in a busy customer service environment or IT Service Desk.Basic IT skills with the desire and ability to learn new technical skills. Knowledge of IT Service Management Tool, Active Directory, Exchange and Outlook, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.Excellent communication skills and a strong team player with commitment and delivery of service.Other Requirements
