Role: Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Location: Wilmslow Salary: £30,000 Basic £36,000 - £38,000 OTE (Realistic) Overtime Available Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, only 1in3 Saturday mornings Richard Abson Group is delighted to be assisting a prestigious automotive dealership in Wilmslow in their search for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. As the first point of contact for customers, you''ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience. You''ll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products. What we''re looking for: A minimum of 1 year''s experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach. Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential.
