We''re recruiting for an established automotive dealership in Brighton that is looking to strengthen its Aftersales team with an experienced Service Advisor. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who is confident managing the full service journey, from booking vehicles in and discussing work required through to keeping customers updated and ensuring a smooth collection. You''ll be working closely with the Workshop team, handling customer queries, discussing servicing and repairs and identifying additional work where appropriate.
