Your responsibilities will include: Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process Maximising workshop efficiency through effective diary management Upselling additional work, service plans and manufacturer promotions Liaising with Technicians to provide accurate repair updates Producing accurate job cards and invoices Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the journey About You We''re looking for someone with: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry Experience using ..... full job details .....
