SC clearance , and want to make a measurable difference, this role is for you.What you’ll be doingPlan and conduct user research using the right methods for the problem at handTranslate insights into actionable outputs: personas, journey maps, and user needs statementsCollaborate closely with service designers, delivery teams, and client stakeholdersLead or contribute to research across all phases of delivery: discovery, alpha, beta, and livePresent findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholdersSupport and coach junior researchers and team membersAdvocate for inclusive, accessible, and ethical design across all workExperience requiredProven experience in
user research , ideally in public sector, government, or healthcare settingsStrong grasp of
user-centred design principles
and research methodologiesExperience working in
Agile delivery teamsExcellent communication skills, able to influence across teams and levelsSC clearance (or ability to obtain) is essentialNice to haveExperience in full-service digital agenciesKnowledge of information architecture, interaction design, or visual designFamiliarity with UK Government Service Standard and GDS practicesWhy this is differentWork on
