We are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a 4-bed Ofsted-rated Good children''s home in Yarnton, near Oxford. This could be an excellent opportunity if you are already working as a Senior Support Worker, or if you are an experienced Children''s Residential Support Worker ready to take on more responsibility. You''ll be joining a large, established and growing children''s residential care provider with excellent training, strong management support and a genuine progression pathway into Deputy Manager and Registered Manager positions. What you need To be considered for this position, you will need: At least 12 months'' experience working with children and young people A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare / Caring for Children and Young People Experience or knowledge of therapeutic, child-centred approaches Confidence supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties The ability to lead, support and guide other members of the residential team Good written communication and record-keeping skills The flexibility to work long-day shifts, weekends and sleep-ins A full UK ..... full job details .....
