Our home offers assessment and residential support for seven males and females who have a learning disability and who may be on the autism spectrum. We can also support people with complex conditions and communication difficulties. Beach House is situated on a quiet street, within easy reach of both Poole and Bournemouth. Our team are dedicated to empowering and encouraging the people we care for to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. What you''ll be doing We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will act as a positive role model, providing effective supervision and guidance to support staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times. You will play a key role in supervising day-to-day operations, coaching colleagues, leading team meetings, and ensuring the people who use our service are supported to live fulfilling, independent lives.
