Job Title: Band 3-Support Worker
Location: Poole, Bournemouth, & Dorchester
Rate: Day - -16.2, Night/Saturday - -18, and Sunday/BH - -23-per hour
Contract Length: Continuous
Schedule: The shifts are available 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, covering both day and night shifts.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Providing compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
Managing patient assessments, care plans, and reviews
Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and psychologists
Administering medication and monitoring patient progress

Requirements:
Previous experience working in mental health setting-(in a hospital or community setting is ideal)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commit to a full-time weekday schedule.
