College SEN Support Worker

SEN College Support Worker- -Poole, Dorset

SENCare Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a specialist college for students who have autism, profound needs and SEMH, and are seeking an experience SEN TA/Support worker for an immediate start.-

Start: September-2026

Duration:-5 days a week, Monday to Friday

Hours:-9am - 4pm

The ideal education support worker -

• will have at least 6 months experience supporting-students with Autism, social emotional mental health difficulties,and profound needs-
• experience supporting-students aged 16 - 25
• able to follow students ECHPs
• experienced with SEMH, trauma, sensory processing, and social communication teaching background
• Experience providing personal care-
• the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students
• have a clear DBS registered to the update service
• be Team Teach trained (desirable)-
