2. Apply scientific and technical expertise to investigate process deviations, equipment failures, and operational challenges, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
3. Drive process scale-up, characterisation, and optimisation activities.
4. Monitor process and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
