Senior Supervisor - Kent Highways Contract 40,000 - 45,000 per year Location: Ashford, Kent Recruiting for a Senior Supervisor to join as part of the new Kent Highways contract.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced highways professional to take on a key leadership role, helping to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality highway maintenance services across the region.About the RoleReporting to the Area Manager, you will play a central role in the successful delivery of reactive and routine highway maintenance works. You will be responsible for leading operational teams, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and ensuring works are delivered efficiently and in line with contractual and client requirements.You will lead and support a team of Supervisors and Operatives, driving performance, encouraging development and ensuring operational objectives are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Supervisors and operational teams across the contractOversee the delivery of reactive, routine and planned highway maintenance worksEnsure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with health, safety and environmental requirementsMonitor productivity, performance and quality across operational activitiesSupport the Area Manager in delivering contract KPIs and key objectivesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teamsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased operational ..... full job details .....
