KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the Upstream Chemistry Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Lead technical teams across fermentation, downstream, and chromatography areas within the production facility. 2. Apply scientific and technical expertise to investigate process deviations, equipment failures, and operational challenges, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. 3. Drive process scale-up, characterisation, and optimisation activities. 4. Monitor process and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Upstream Chemistry Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: 1.
