Senior Reward Manager
to look after some of the biggest clients within the financial services sector.

If you have worked within Reward for FS clients this would be a bonus.This is a fast paced environment where you will work on a variety of technical and strategic Reward projects for a diverse range of clients at any one time. requirements, and embed DEandI across all reward and performance activityDesign and implement awards , LTIPs and STIPs to incentivise business strategy and corporate activityYour key responsibilities will be to:Contribute to and lead Reward projects across a diverse range of complex engagementsProduce innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices tailored to meet clients’ specific Reward needsProactively manage stakeholder relationships, building trusted relationships with clientsIdentify new opportunities, contribute to preparation of Reward proposals and wider business development activitiesNavigate the operational complexities and risk management of client engagementsCoach and provide learning opportunities for junior team membersPartner with other internal teams i.e. HR transformation, to ensure relevant Reward and HR matters are considered across a range of client engagementsLead on Reward Optimisation assessments, analysing quantitative and qualitative data to generate key insightsProvide interpretations and technical advice in relation to the UK’s regulated environment for Financial ServicesSupport clients to identify and design changes to components of their existing Reward Value PropositionHelp clients to produce public disclosures, calculate their Gender Pay Gap and other pay ratios, and ensure alignment to various regulatory and disclosure requirementsSkills required:Experience working in Reward in a regulated sector (ideally Financial Services). Core consulting skills gained through working in a professional services firm essential ie. Big 4 or other leading reward advisory firm.
