Senior Retail Brand Manager – Kerastase (12 Months FTC). Ready to take ownership of the full shopper journey and bring our medical-first professional product brands to life in physical retail? We''re on the hunt for a driven retail marketing expert who can create bespoke strategies, lead the medicalization of our in-store execution, and transform how consumers engage with our products. If you''re adept at translating brand vision into compelling retail realities, managing key commercial processes, and driving growth through insightful data, your next challenge awaits.Responsibilities

Create bespoke retailer plans in bricks-and-mortar retailers for PPD brands, aligned with our medical DNASupport the medicalisation of brands via strong medical content and claims; work to make ranges easy to navigate at point of sale in pharmacies and self-select retailer environmentsContribute to making brands leaders in consumer-first in-store activations, showcasing medical anchorage across touchpointsCollaborate with Commercial sales team, Online Brand Manager, and marketing teams to achieve brand Conso targets via shopper-centric, differentiated retailer marketing plans, owning the full shopper journeyProvide shopper insights (e.g., Nielsen data) to the teamMaintain brand management with up-to-date brand values, vision, launches, and momentsInput retailer promo plans with NAMs/OBM to drive YoY growthLead monthly brand forecasting with supply chain (forecasting team)Own the new launch process forecasting; work with NAMs to create/sign off account forecasts and hierarchy for launchOwn merchandising by retailer in collaboration with marketing and visual merchandisingMedicalise in-store category execution and shopper experience, highlighting life-changing benefits for skin pathologies in pharmacies and self-select environmentsImprove range navigation at point of sale with visual merchandising teamBuild best-in-class retailer strategy decks grounded in data insights with commercial and marketing teamsOwn the range review process with marketing, commercial and category teamsManage Sampling, GWP, and seasonal product bundle initiativesLead briefing of retailer-specific assets (imagery and copy)Monitor and improve processes linking marketing and commercial activitiesManage AandP budget for projectsProvide EPOS/insights reporting and weekly performance updates with action plansEstablish product hierarchy and input to format strategy per retailerQualifications

Experience and passion for marketing with a shopper- and consumer-centric mindsetDegree-educated, ideally with business- or marketing-backgroundMarketing savvy with ability to translate insights to activation and ROI analysisEntrepreneurial mindset with autonomy, strategic thinking, and collaborationVision to lead and motivate the wider businessExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills to influence and inspireCreativity with a detail-oriented approach and a passion for beauty and skincareAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines with clear messagingResilience and flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needsPractical, methodical problem-solving; process-driven with strong project/time managementExperience working in teams and independentlyStrong analytical skills and commercial acumen; ability to derive insights from dataPrioritization skills to drive projects from start to finish autonomouslyAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Nielsen; strong numeric abilityWhat We Offer
