What Will Your Day Look Like
Ensure contract compliance with Avoves systems, processes, and procedures.Manage financial monitoring and reporting for assigned contracts.Support the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts with clients.Administer contract variations and manage commercial records for claims, EOTs, and valuations.Oversee subcontractor appointments and ongoing management.Submit timely applications and invoices to clients.Support business development with PQQs and tender submissions.Mentor and develop junior commercial team members.Lead on staff performance, development, and resource planning within your team.
About You
Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts (target cost, fixed price, and cost reimbursable).A background in both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects (ideally water/utilities).Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage contract frameworks.Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.A full UK driving licence (site visits required across the region).
