Senior Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the Commercial Director, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the management of subcontractors and accounts, maintaining the commercial risk register, managing client disputes and internal auditing, overseeing weekly valuations and confirming accuracy of measurements, producing CVR’s for all projects and carrying out cost analysis and reduction initiatives to name just a few duties.REQUIREMENTSIn order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. Additionally, you must hold stability of employment, holding each previous appointment for a minimum of 2 years, and due to the sector of work my client specialises in, you must have proven success of working within the utilities UK market.REWARDS AND BENEFITSFor this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £65,000 to £70,000 per annum however, there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.
