The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to take on more client-facing responsibility within a consultancy known for its long-standing relationships and consistent delivery. The Stockton Heath office has a steady pipeline of projects and a strong reputation as a trusted partner to public sector organisations across the region.You’ll be involved in a variety of schemes, particularly within healthcare and education, supporting projects from early stages through to completion. Working directly with clients, you’ll gain exposure to every stage of the process while being part of an experienced, approachable team.APC support is available for those working towards MRICS, making this an ideal role for someone who values professional development and the security of joining an employee-owned business with a proven track record.

RequirementsPrevious Quantity Surveying experience in a UK consultancy (essential)RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)MRICS qualified or

actively working towards chartershipExperience working with public sector clients desirable (e.g. Local Authorities, NHS, Universities)Strong Pre and Post Contract knowledgeProfessional memberships paidPerformance-related bonus + EOT bonus (After 12 months of employment)Laptop and phoneAdditional flexible benefits package
