The roles will involve travel to our sites in the South West or in our offices in Swindon or Bristol on average 2 days/week.Your Role And Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the robust commercial management of a variety of projects. This includes overseeing financial performance, managing costs, conducting procurement processes, and maintaining accurate financial logs and reports.
You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and achieving business plan commitments.
You will lead the commercial management of both projects and manage a small team, ensuring their development and performance.

Practical experience in a quantity surveying role in a civil engineering environment, working for a main contractor.
NEC Contracts experience is essential.
Experience working on rail renewal, enhancement or AFA schemes is an advantage.
Experiencing working on multiple and large projects simultaneously, be able to work independently and manage a small team.
