As a result, they are looking to appoint an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. Role OverviewThis is a dual-role position combining estimating and commercial management responsibilities across commercial fit-out projects (including CAT A / CAT B office fit outs, schools, and refurbishments).The role will suit someone who is commercially aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business where you can have real impact. Key Responsibilities Estimating DutiesPrepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for commercial fit-out projectsAnalyse drawings, specifications, and client requirementsObtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotationsIdentify value engineering opportunitiesProduce bills of quantities and pricing documentsSupport bid submissions and client presentations Quantity Surveying DutiesManage project costs from pre-construction through to final accountPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plansMonitor project ..... full job details .....
