About the Role An experienced MandE Quantity Surveyor is required to support the commercial delivery of multiple MEP projects across London. The MandE Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of cost management, valuations and subcontractor accounts across live mechanical and electrical packages. This MandE Quantity Surveyor position will suit someone confident managing both mechanical and electrical packages within a fast-paced contractor environment. The MandE Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost reporting, variation management and commercial control from procurement through to final account. The MandE Quantity Surveyor will also work closely with project delivery teams to ensure commercial alignment with programme and site progress.
