Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are working on behalf of a leading national infrastructure contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to continued success and a strong portfolio of secured work, our client is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering long-term highway and environmental projects through secured framework agreements, offering excellent career progression within a supportive and progressive commercial environment. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple civil engineering schemes concurrently, taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual delivery of projects typically valued between 3 million and 10 million. Working under NEC forms of contract, you will manage projects from procurement through to final account while providing commercial support to operational teams and mentoring junior members of the commercial function.
