Constructive Moves are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a 5-star regional house builder, covering sites across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

The region have new schemes starting in 2026 and need to strengthen their commercial team to manage the pipeline of work expected.

In this role, you''ll be managing multiple residential housing developments across and various stages of construction.

It is preferred if you have experience in the residential sector and have the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
