Quantity Surveyor Harrow (Hybrid / Flexible Working) £50,000 £65,000 + Car Package (DOE) Permanent, Full-Time About the Company We are a fast-growing, private equity backed construction and services business with around 300 employees and an annual turnover of approximately £60m. The business operates nationwide and works across education, healthcare, accommodation, and property sectors, including significant work under NHS and public sector frameworks. Our culture is hands-on, commercial, and growth-focused rather than corporate. With continued expansion and new project wins, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team. The Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, based from our Harrow office with flexible/hybrid working options. You will work closely with business unit leaders and project teams, playing a key role in commercial control from project inception through to final account. Projects typically range in value up to £3m, across education, property, accommodation, and healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of projects from start to finish Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting Management of subcontractor procurement and accounts Valuations, variations, and final accounts Supporting commercial challenges and adding value at project level Working collaboratively with operational and senior management teams About You Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction ..... full job details .....
