Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation, and procurement strategies. Manage contract administration and ensure projects remain within agreed budgets. Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and final accounts. Provide accurate commercial advice and reporting to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
