Project Manager - Larger Format Office Fit Out Location: North West Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm - full time - permanent Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Benefits + Car Allowance Working Environment: Office and Site Based Project Values: £5m+ We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a successful team delivering larger-format office and corporate fit-out projects across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager who is at the right stage of their career, has a strong track record of delivering sizeable projects, and is looking to continue developing within a collaborative and forward-thinking business. The Role You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major office fit-out projects, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality and within budget. The ideal candidate will have genuine on-site project delivery experience, rather than a background that is primarily academic or office-based. About You We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: 8+ years'' experience working as a Project Manager within the construction or fit-out sector. A strong background in office fit-out, particularly office and corporate client projects. Proven experience delivering larger-format projects valued at £5m+.
