Senior Project Manager - Major Projects Location: Stockport (Hybrid - 2-3 days office / 2-3 days site and client visits) The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a Major Projects division within a fast-growing specialist construction subcontractor. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-value projects while managing an established delivery team. You will play a key role in shaping project delivery, improving operational performance, and contributing to the continued growth of the business. The Role You will take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 10 live projects, each valued between £1 million and £4 million, across sectors including: Commercial Education Healthcare Public Sector Energy High-security facilities You will lead an experienced project delivery team, including: Project Quantity Surveyor Site Manager Site Supervisor Contracts Coordinator Working directly with senior leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and operationally to the highest standards.
