They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of two significant commercial developments, including new-build commercial buildings, on-site offices and associated facilities. Take overall ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Lead Site Management, commercial and design teams. Manage programme, budget, quality and HandS. Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Drive the programme and ensure key milestones are achieved. Manage procurement, design coordination and project changes.
