Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Programme Execution and Transformation team, leading a high-profile EU and UK MiFID II Order Execution policy change programme within a Tier 1 investment bank.DetailsLocation - London Duration - Initially until year-endRate - £500-£580 / day Inside IR35Hybrid - 3 days / week The RoleYou will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of a regulatory change initiative, reviewing MiFID II updates, identifying gaps across existing processes and implementing compliant solutions across business, technology, and governance frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of the MiFID II Order Execution policy change programmeOwn project governance including plans, RAID, reporting, and stakeholder updatesDrive regulatory change from interpretation through to BAU handoverCoordinate across Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teamsOversee documentation, controls, reporting, and process enhancementsEnsure alignment with internal PMO standards and frameworksManage Business Analysts and support technology implementation where required.RequirementsVast Project/Programme Management experience in Investment Banking/MarketsStrong MiFID II experience within Tier 1 banksProven delivery of regulatory change programmes end-to-endExperience working with Front Office, Risk (Market/Credit), and ComplianceStrong stakeholder management and senior communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PM methodologiesIf you''re ..... full job details .....
