Senior Project Manager - Curtain Walling / Facades

EA Associates are working with an established Suffolk-based Facades specialist who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. The business delivers a range of commercial facade projects across East Anglia and London and are looking for somebody with a strong background in specialist subcontracting to take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor offering long-term stability, autonomy and the opportunity to play a key role within the business. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the management and delivery of facade packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: Overseeing multiple facade projects across East Anglia and London. Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account. Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and internal resources. Managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance. Liaising directly with Main Contractors, clients and other stakeholders. Monitoring project costs, variations and contractual requirements. Working closely with the Commercial and Design teams to ensure successful project delivery. Attending progress meetings and providing regular project updates.
