MEP Lead / MEP Project Manager - 60m Data Centre MEP PackageLocation: South CambridgeSector: Data Centres / Mission Critical / Building ServicesEmployment: PermanentSalary: 100,000 - 130,000 + Package3D Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded Main Contractor who are seeking an experienced MEP Lead to oversee the mechanical and electrical delivery of a major new-build Data Centre project in Duxford, just south of Cambridge.The development incorporates approximately 60m of mechanical and electrical works, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP professional to take a senior role on a technically complex, high-value project.Our client has an established reputation for delivering major construction schemes throughout the UK and continues to expand its portfolio of Data Centre and Mission Critical developments.The RoleTake overall responsibility for the coordination and delivery of approximately 60m of MEP worksManage and coordinate specialist mechanical and electrical subcontractors throughout the construction programmeOversee the installation of critical building services infrastructure including power distribution, cooling systems, HVAC and associated mechanical and electrical systemsWork closely with the Project Lead, Construction Managers, Design Managers and commercial teams to ensure successful project deliveryReview and manage MEP design information, technical submissions, procurement schedules and installation ..... full job details .....
