Project Manager required for a regional tier 2 main contractor operating across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, working on multi room refurbishment and extension projects. Due to expected project starts, this well-established main contractor is looking to bolster its operational team with the addition of an experienced Project Manager to work on multiroom accommodation projects including extensions and refurbishments up to £5m in value.

The Role

• Programming of projects using Asta (essential)
• Establish successful working relationships with site managers and project teams
• Manage clients'' expectations, chair meetings and update on progress
• Office and site-based role must be willing to travel

The Person

• Experience in a project manager role within construction on projects up to £5m
• Good IT skills
• Organised and professional
• Good communication skills
• CSCS SMSTS and First Aid
• ProCure experience would be beneficial
