Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Senior Product Developer to join our Product Development team. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the development of collections, working closely with Designers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the smooth progression of styles from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate assigned collections in collaboration with Designers, internal teams, and suppliers. Ensure allocating the right style to the right supplierActing as the liaison between designers and supplier to ensure smooth product development journey ensuring product meets delivery deadlines.Coordinate the entire development process between internal teams and factories, from tech pack handover through to production shipment.Act as the day-to-day point of contact for factories to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information.Attend all fit sessions to manage timescales to be met and communicate any feedback to supplier.Coordinate and monitor all development, approval, and communication activities related to fabric, trims, and accessory suppliers.Provide clear and accurate instructions to factories to ensure samples are developed to the correct specifications and delivered on time.Support with creating measurement charts, measure garments, organise fitting sessions, and provide fitting comments to suppliers from proto stage through to fit approved.Prepare, maintain, and follow up on all key development documents, including tech packs, workbooks, measurement charts, fabric and trim selection sheets, fitting notes, and sealing comments.Review and negotiate costs with suppliers to meet target FOB prices and maintain profit margins.Manage the critical path from initial prototypes through to bulk production, ensuring all timelines are met and deliveries are on schedule.Follow up and chase all fit approval and photoshoot samplesLiaise with designers and Garment Technologists regarding order comments and updates.Attend and lead critical path meetingsSkills and Experience

Proven experience in a similar Product Development role within the fashion industry.Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Confident in fit processes, technical documentation, and supplier communication.Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with PLM systems is a plus.Ability to speak Mandarin.What''s on offer?
