As a Senior Digital Product Owner, this is a unique opportunity to help clients achieve their business goals by delivering innovative digital products that make a real impact.We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic Senior Digital Product Owner to shape product strategy in close collaboration with our clients, guide the delivery and continuous evolution of meaningful roadmaps and features, and support the growth of a high-performing product team.To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience across the full development lifecycle—particularly in mobile—alongside strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.What a Typical Week Might Look Like

Collaborate with clients to define and create effective product strategiesCollaboratively shape and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goalsPrioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise value and impactLeverage performance metrics and real-world user data to inform continuous improvementLead release planning and support agile delivery through Scrum methodologiesSupport product team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaborationProvide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholdersWho You Will Be Supporting

Supporting Our PeopleManaging and mentoring our Product Graduates and Associate Product OwnersLeading Product Community of Practice groups to continuously refine skillsManaging and leading our delivery squads as high performing teams, that also allow for their personal developmentPartnering with Our ClientsWorking with our clients to create their digital product strategy and roadmap, prioritising outcomes and initiatives in the roadmap with stakeholdersDelivery of a product through Scrum and agile ways of workingSupporting the sales process, both early client engagement and ongoing account growthYou’ll be great for this if

You have experience delivering complex or large-scale digital productsHave a background in mobile and app-based product developmentHave retail or ecommerce experienceAre comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders and navigating shifting prioritiesCan communicate clearly and effectively, adapting style to suit different audiencesYou value empathy, collaboration, and creating positive team environmentsAre flexible, open-minded, and able to adapt in fast-changing situationsMotivated to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both user and business needsWhat We’re Offering
