Senior Procurement Manager

to lead estates, facilities, and property procurement within a complex, evolving organisation. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, manage key supplier relationships, and act as deputy to the Head of Procurement.This role is for someone who thrives on challenge and can deliver both strategic influence and hands-on results whilst working with complex stakeholders and legacy systems.Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement across estates, facilities, property and FM categories.Negotiate major contracts, manage supplier performance, and drive value for money.Develop and embed modern procurement policies, processes, and systems.Partner with senior stakeholders across Estates and Finance, building trust and alignment.Provide commercial advice and training to non-procurement colleagues.Act as deputy to the Head of Procurement, influencing decisions at senior levels.What We’re Looking For

10+ years’ estates procurement experience with strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.A proven track record of stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing.Resilience to manage conflicting priorities and challenging relationships.A commercial, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to deliver improvements.MCIPS qualified (or working towards) and degree (or equivalent experience).Higher education or wider public sector background is desirable.What’s on Offer
