Senior Practitioner - MASH Team - Bromley

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the MASH Team within Bromley Council.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess referrals and identify safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people
• Apply a clear understanding of thresholds to support appropriate decision-making and interventions
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to share information and safeguard children
• Support timely and effective decision-making regarding referrals and safeguarding concerns
• Provide professional guidance and support to colleagues
• Contribute to safeguarding planning and positive outcomes for children and families
• Ensure practice aligns with statutory guidance and safeguarding procedures.

Working Pattern

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Pay Rate : -39.04 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements

• Social Work qualification.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Experience working in or managing a social work setting.
• Experience within MASH, Referral and Assessment, or Safeguarding Teams.
• Clear understanding of safeguarding thresholds and risk assessment.
• Strong assessment, decision-making and multi-agency working skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
