Senior Practitioner - MASH Team - Bromley

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the MASH Team within Bromley Council. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssess referrals and identify safeguarding concerns relating to children and young peopleApply a clear understanding of thresholds to support appropriate decision-making and interventionsWork collaboratively with multi-agency partners to share information and safeguard childrenSupport timely and effective decision-making regarding referrals and safeguarding concernsProvide professional guidance and support to colleaguesContribute to safeguarding planning and positive outcomes for children and familiesEnsure practice aligns with statutory guidance and safeguarding procedures.Working PatternFull-time, Monday to Friday.3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.Pay Rate : 39.04 p/h Umbrella Essential RequirementsSocial Work qualification.Current Social Work England registration.Experience working in or managing a social work setting.Experience within MASH, Referral and Assessment, or Safeguarding Teams.Clear understanding of safeguarding thresholds and risk assessment.Strong assessment, decision-making and multi-agency working skills.Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.BenefitsSupport from an experienced recruitment consultant.Access to further Social Work opportunities. 300 referral bonus - refer a qualified Social Worker to Eden Brown Synergy and receive 300 when the referral meets ..... full job details .....
