We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Locum Senior Practitioner to join the Neighbourhood Team in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled social work professional to play a key role in supporting vulnerable adults, providing professional leadership, and driving high-quality practice within a busy and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Provide professional support, supervision and guidance to Social Workers and other team members. Manage a complex caseload of adults with varying needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Undertake strengths-based assessments, care planning, safeguarding enquiries and Mental Capacity Act work. Support the Team Manager with practice development, performance management and quality assurance activities. Lead on complex cases, offering expert advice and decision-making within the team. Work collaboratively with health partners, community services and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for service users. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. Essential Requirements Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.
