Senior Planning Lawyer

I''m currently working with a London Local Authority that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planning Lawyer / Planning and Highways Solicitor on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established legal team and take ownership of a varied planning caseload while providing technical support and mentoring to junior lawyers. Contract Details: Initial 6 months+ and potential rolling arrangement 60- 65 per hour (DOE) Ideally 1-2 office days per week initially, reducing thereafter Single-stage interview process (45-60 minutes) Interviews available this week Key Responsibilities: Advising on a broad range of planning law matters Drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements Highways and development-related agreements Planning enforcement work Supporting regeneration and master-planning projects Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team ..... full job details .....
