Senior Planning and Performance Manager Liverpool/Hybrid (Once a week on site) 6 months + Up to £695 per day (Inside IR35) An experienced Senior Planning and Performance Manager is required for our regulatory client to support a major digital transformation programme. Working within the PMO you''ll play a key role in a new Programme of work, a transformation portfolio focused on improving digital services, increasing operational efficiency and enhancing reporting capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating a single view of portfolio demand, capacity, dependencies and performance, enabling better investment decisions, stronger governance and improved delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Establish and enhance portfolio planning, resource management and PMO capabilities across a complex organisation. Develop forecasting, demand management and capacity planning approaches to support strategic and operational decision-making. Design and embed dependency management frameworks and governance processes across a multi-project environment. Produce portfolio-level reporting, management information and analysis to support prioritisation, investment decisions and executive governance. Drive reporting automation and create dashboards that provide visibility of resource utilisation, forecasting, portfolio health and delivery performance.
